Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent field required.
• 3+ years of CRM, database, or business systems experience.
• Experience with Salesforce (Nonprofit Cloud is a plus).
• Strong reporting and analytical skills and the ability to create dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted Salesforce resource for departments across The Associated.
• Support and enhance CRM platforms and reporting tools.
• Create reports and dashboards to translate data into insights.
• Troubleshoot user questions and CRM issues.
• Develop documentation and deliver user training.
• Support change management and adoption of new technology.
• Participate in CRM enhancements, testing, and system improvements.
