Job summary

InstantServe LLC is seeking an experienced Salesforce/CRM Tester to support a major Enterprise Contact Center initiative. The role requires 6+ years of Salesforce QA/Testing, 4+ years in Salesforce Service Cloud, and proficiency with Azure DevOps test suites, API testing (REST, SOAP, Bulk), Postman and SoapUI, and Selenium-based automation.

Strong SQL and Agile testing experience are expected. The candidate will develop and execute test scripts, ensure traceability from requirements to tests,

Qualifications

• 6+ years Salesforce QA/Testing experience.
• 4+ years Salesforce Service Cloud.
• 4+ years Azure DevOps Test Suites.
• Salesforce Service Cloud & Experience Cloud.
• API Testing – REST, SOAP, Bulk API.
• Postman / SoapUI.
• Test Automation – Selenium or similar.
• SQL experience.

• Test case/script development and execution.
