Job summary

Qualifications

• Salesforce QA/testing experience (6+ years) is required.
• Salesforce Service Cloud experience (4+ years) is required.
• Azure DevOps Test Suite experience (4+ years) is required.
• Nice CXone or CCaaS testing experience (4 years) is preferred.
• SQL experience (1 year) is preferred.
• Selenium or other test automation tools (1 year) is preferred.
• Experience in government or public-sector IT processes and guidelines is preferred.
• Knowledge of Salesforce object knowledge (flows, AppExchange, Lightning, Apex).
• Ability to create and utilize test scripts.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain test plans and suites in Azure DevOps.
• Design and execute test scripts for Salesforce/CRM applications.
• Collaborate with customer, vendor, and development teams to define tests.
• Develop automated test scripts and identify automation opportunities.
• Ensure tests meet performance and security requirements.
• Maintain traceability between tests, results, and requirements.
