Job summary

FastTek Global is seeking a Software Test Analyst for the Michigan Enterprise Contact Center project. You will test Salesforce/CRM applications, design and execute test cases in Azure DevOps, and ensure traceability from requirements to results.

The role requires strong QA skills in Salesforce Service Cloud, automation mindset, and collaboration with vendors, customers, and developers to meet performance and security standards.

Qualifications

• Salesforce QA/testing: 6 years (Required).
• Salesforce Service Cloud: 4 years (Required).
• Azure DevOps Test Suite: 4 years (Required).
• Nice CXone or other CCaaS Testing: 4 years (Preferred/Optional).
• SQL: 1 year (Preferred/Optional).
• Selenium/Test Automation or other Test automation tools: 1 year (Preferred).
• Experience with Salesforce object knowledge (flows, AppExchange packages, Lightning, Apex) and QA.

Responsibilities

• Write test plans and test suites in Azure DevOps for Salesforce apps.
• Develop automated test scripts and CI integration.
• Collaborate with developers to validate performance and scalability.
• Interpret requirements/user stories to write test cases.
• Conduct regression testing on Salesforce Service Cloud features.
• Define and maintain test scripts and traceability.
