Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Business Analyst with strong Salesforce experience to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. You will gather and analyse requirements, document processes, and design scalable Salesforce solutions that support organizational goals.

The role requires hands-on Salesforce experience, knowledge of data models and security, and proficiency in creating user stories, process maps, and test cases within Agile environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or related Salesforce products.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation techniques.
• Experience creating user stories, process maps, functional specifications, and test cases.
• Knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, data models, security, reporting, and automation tools.
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Gather and analyse business requirements and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, Architects, and cross-functional teams.
• Configure and support Salesforce functionality including workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation tools.
• Support UAT, test planning, and defect resolution.
• Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements.
