Qualifications

• 3–6+ years experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Experience with defining system requirements with business users
• Experience supporting software delivery teams in Agile environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Jira or Confluence
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

Responsibilities

• Translate user needs into Epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and definitions of done
• Build, maintain, and refine backlogs for Salesforce and related platforms
• Decompose Epics into sprint-ready user stories
• Coordinate across Salesforce users, engineers, QA, training, and documentation resources
• Own assigned Salesforce initiatives from intake through launch
• Mentor less-experienced analysts through example and feedback
• Surface risks and dependencies early
