Job summary

Vichara Technologies seeks an experienced Senior Salesforce Platform Owner to lead value delivery on Salesforce initiatives across business and technology teams. You will refine backlog, design enhancements and fixes, and review capabilities to ensure deliverables meet business needs.

You will develop and maintain the Salesforce roadmap, coordinate with stakeholders quarterly, and improve support processes with the Salesforce Support team to reduce friction for users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required (Information Systems, Computer Science, or Finance preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong Salesforce knowledge and experience interfacing across business and technology.
• Experience as platform owner or product owner for Salesforce projects.

Responsibilities

• Refine prioritized backlog items for Salesforce delivery.
• Collaborate with Salesforce development team on design of enhancements and bug fixes.
• Review implemented capabilities to ensure value delivery.
• Identify and prioritize business and tech needs with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce roadmap and review with stakeholders quarterly.
• Improve support processes with Salesforce Support to reduce user friction; address persistent incidents with enhancements.
