Job summary

Bloomberg Industry Group in Arlington, VA is seeking a Salesforce Product Manager to drive delivery of Salesforce initiatives across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud. You will partner with stakeholders to define requirements and guide development in an agile environment.

Responsibilities include owning the backlog, coordinating with Product, Sales, Marketing and Finance, prioritizing features, and ensuring successful deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience and certification.
• 3+ years of Salesforce experience in product or platform management roles.
• 2+ years in a product management role, guiding strategy and execution.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Relevant Salesforce/Product Management certifications strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Confirm and capture organizational strategies to align Salesforce development initiatives.
• Support execution of the Salesforce platform strategy managing roadmap deliverables.
• Serve as primary liaison between Salesforce Development team and cross functional stakeholders.
• Own team backlog, including prioritization and refinement; Make trade-off decisions to maximize value.
• Facilitate regular prioritization meetings with stakeholders to evaluate new feature requests.
• Work with technical teams to design, develop and implement new features.
• Inform and participate in business readiness; manage adoption and change impact.
• Provide feedback on work-in-progress and remove roadblocks; pursue continuous improvement.
