Job summary

Chabez Tech seeks a Product Owner to drive product planning and execution for its SaaS offerings. You will gather and prioritize requirements, define the product vision, and partner with engineering and support teams to achieve customer satisfaction and business goals.

You will define the roadmap, communicate strategy, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives while working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience.
• 5+ years as an Agile Product Owner or equivalent for a SaaS product.
• Salesforce experience essential; Service Cloud preferred.
• Deep Salesforce capabilities; keep up to date with new features.
• Good product design and interaction design skills.
• Ability to write a detailed Product Requirements Doc.
• Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and prioritize requirements with budget and timelines.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to business objectives.
• Communicate strategy and metrics in regular product sync meetings with stakeholders.
• Gather inputs, update plans, and inform stakeholders of impact.
• Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Maintain customer-centric focus and drive continuous product improvement.
