Job summary
Holman is seeking a Salesforce Solutions Architect to drive high-level design and documentation of solution frameworks across the Salesforce platform. You will own the data model, oversee integrations with third-party systems, and guide cross-functional teams through requirements, design, and delivery.
You will collaborate with the Platform team and vendors to optimize automation, ensure data governance, and promote best practices in development, testing, and deployment while staying current
Qualifications
- Proven experience as Salesforce Solutions Architect or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, APIs, and integration patterns.
- Ability to design scalable data models and governance processes.
- Experience coordinating with third-party vendors and multi-team projects.
Responsibilities
- Own high-level design and documentation of solution frameworks across Salesforce.
- Lead evaluation of user stories for technical implementation and gap analysis.
- Maintain and extend Salesforce extensions and integrations.
- Own Salesforce data model, documentation, data governance, and extension.
- Create internal guides and trainings for teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities within Salesforce.
- Provide technical leadership on integration, deployment, and testing best practices.
- Support implementation leadership and troubleshooting for ongoing requests.
- Stay current with Salesforce features and industry best practices.
