Qualifications

• 10 years of application development experience.
• 5+ years in a managerial role.
• Experience on Agile teams.
• Proven ability to improve processes and tools.
• Salesforce, Scrum, or Project Management certifications are a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office programs: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of team leads and individual contributors.
• Work with IT and stakeholders to ensure Salesforce supports business needs.
• Drive process alignment and improvement across the Salesforce Engineering team.
• Encourage adherence to Salesforce best practices for enterprise platforms.
• Technical ownership of business processes on the Salesforce platform.
• Propose system changes and enhancements with vendors, users and IT teams.
• Assist in architecting system integrations and manage lifecycle of applications.
• Resolve application errors, data discrepancies, or performance issues.
