Holman Enterprises is seeking a Salesforce Solutions Architect to design and document high-level Salesforce solution frameworks, lead evaluations of technical requirements, and own data models with governance. You will guide integration strategies, mentor teams, and stay current with Salesforce releases to optimize user experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years Salesforce Solution Architect experience
• Understanding of deployment toolsets
• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and API
• Track record of successful complex projects involving Salesforce and third-party vendors
• Understanding of LWC, Apex, Triggers and Flows
• Understanding of Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Workbench, VS Code)
• Strong communication with both business and technical teams
• Understanding of Azure DevOps or other Agile tools
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of Boomi or other Integration tools a plus

Responsibilities

• Own high-level design and documentation of solution frameworks to address user needs
• Lead high-level evaluation of user stories for technical implementation, including gap analysis between Salesforce functionality and client needs
• Maintain and extend all Salesforce extensions and third-party integrations
• Own Salesforce underlying data model, including documentation, data governance, and extension
• Create 'how-to' internal guides and relevant trainings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand users' needs and opportunities for automation within Salesforce
• Support Salesforce team by providing technical leadership and best practices in integration and development
• Support Deployment Lead in managing implementation of complex solutions and code reviews
• Assist with troubleshooting problems and ongoing user requests
• Stay up-to-date with latest Salesforce features and industry best practices
