Job summary
Flosum is seeking a Salesforce technical architect and engineering manager to drive development velocity across a 10–15 engineer team building enterprise apps on the Salesforce Platform. Hybrid role blending hands-on technical leadership with people management, focusing on scaling architecture, security, and performance.
You will own the technical direction of Salesforce apps, mentor senior engineers, and partner with product and engineering leadership to deliver high-quality solutions quickly
Qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years leading engineering teams.
- Strong Salesforce expertise including Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Salesforce APIs, and platform best practices.
- Proven Salesforce technical architecture experience designing scalable enterprise solutions.
- Strong Node.js background with maintainable services and integrations at scale.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using modern APIs and integration patterns.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, performance, and scalability of the Salesforce Platform and Node.js services.
- Mentor senior engineers and partner with Product and Engineering leadership to deliver high-quality solutions quickly.
- Manage a team of 10–15 developers, set goals, conduct 1:1s, hire top talent, and remove blockers.
- Balance roadmap delivery with engineering excellence, including code quality, reliability, platform performance, and security.
