Job Description: Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud Administrator

The Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud Administrator will manage and oversee the administrative operations of Herzing University's Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud ecosystems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of experience with Marketing Cloud
• Expertise as an administrator, architect, or advanced developer in Marketing Cloud
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
• Experience with ETL or middleware tools
• Preferred: experience as Data Cloud administrator or architect, and relevant certifications

Compensation and Benefits

Responsibilities

1. Align marketing technology strategy with overall IT strategy.
2. Design and configure technical architecture using Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud platforms.
3. Build analytics reports and dashboards to measure marketing campaign effectiveness.
4. Create Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud segments and automations.
5. Collaborate on integrations, security, and data governance.
6. Provide solutions involving design, configuration, and testing.
7. Support database management, SQL queries, and analytics reporting.

Physical Requirements

• Remain stationary most of the time, with occasional movement.
• Operate office equipment, including computers and audio/visual tools.
• Communicate verbally and visually with students and staff.
• Occasionally lift up to 10 pounds and travel to Milwaukee, WI.
