Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking a Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud Consultant to help life sciences clients deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions. You will translate patient and provider needs into scalable workflows and drive requirements through delivery in a collaborative team.

The role requires 3+ years of consulting, 2+ full Salesforce implementations, and expertise in multiple Salesforce clouds. Travel ~50% and possible immigration sponsorship are part of the package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consulting and/or industry experience.
• 2+ full life-cycle Salesforce implementations.
• Expertise in at least two Salesforce clouds: Life Sciences Cloud, Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a technology field; or equivalent years of experience.
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Translate patient and provider support needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Elicit and document business requirements, manage requirements through delivery, and drive functional design across patient support workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales & Service teams to design customer experiences and implement innovative solutions.
• Work across strategy, technology, creativity, and operations to deliver end-to-end Salesforce programs.
