Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking a Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud Senior Consultant to help clients transform sales and service delivery across strategy, process and technology domains. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams and drive end-to-end implementations in life sciences contexts.

The role requires 5+ years in consulting or life sciences, 3+ years leading Salesforce programs, and Life Sciences Cloud/Health Cloud certifications, with travel ~50% expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in consulting or Life Sciences (pharma, medtech, biotech).
• 3+ years leading Salesforce programs, including full lifecycle implementations.
• Life Sciences Cloud Certification or Health Cloud Certification.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Willingness to travel 50% on average.

Responsibilities

• Support design and delivery of sales and service transformation across strategy, process, tech, and operating model workstreams.
• Analyze current-state processes, customer journeys, and org structures to identify gaps and improvements.
• Gather and document business requirements and translate client needs into functional deliverables.
• Facilitate client workshops and stakeholder interviews, tracking decisions, risks, issues and actions.
• Create presentations, status reports, process maps, and implementation materials for program execution.
