Job summary

Maximus in Madison, WI is seeking a Business Analyst to join the NY Shared Services team. You will help gather requirements, drive process improvements, and translate business needs into effective system solutions, with a focus on Salesforce.

You will support multiple New York programs, collaborate with operations and technology teams, assist with UAT, testing, and release readiness, and document requirements and processes to enable efficient program delivery.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in business analysis or related fields.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into functional requirements, workflows, and process documentation.
Partner with operations, technical teams, and project stakeholders to support system enhancements and process improvements.
Support Salesforce and other enterprise applications through requirements gathering, testing, and solution validation.
Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and release readiness activities.
Investigate system issues and support production problem resolution.
Create and maintain business requirements, process flows, and other project documentation.
