Job summary

Maximus, a leading government services provider, is seeking a Business Analyst for the NY Shared Services team. You will gather requirements, translate them into functional specs, and partner with operations and technology to drive Salesforce-driven process improvements.

You will support multiple programs, assist with UAT, testing, and release readiness, and help produce clear documentation to enable efficient decision making and program success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• 3+ years translating business needs into functional requirements.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, and related software.

Responsibilities

• Identify and determine business requirements and define processes.
• Understand problems and opportunities to enable goals with solutions.
• Extract, tabulate, and analyze data to support program activity.
• Review and edit requirements, processes, and recommendations.
• Process Production Support Requests and cross-reference with requirements.
