Job summary

Leadout Capital in California is seeking an Engagement Delivery Director (HLS) to lead our most complex Professional Services engagements, advisory and implementation, through value realization. You will be accountable for delivering projects, governance, and measuring ROI with executive stakeholders, shaping strategy and driving adoption of Salesforce technologies.

You will partner with sales and success teams, drive multi-cloud initiatives, apply governance, manage risk, and coach PMs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience leading multiple workstreams and/or large enterprise-scale programs.
• 5+ years using/implementing the Salesforce platform.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Proven track record delivering complex programs with measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive decision-makers to deliver success and business value.
• Lead the PM group and Salesforce Professional Services team to ensure delivery excellence.
• Shape strategy and drive adoption of Salesforce technologies across multi-cloud platforms.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and revenue realization for engagements.
