Job summary

AWS is seeking a customer-obsessed engineer to shape the GTM platform for the AWS Sales organization using Salesforce technologies. You will contribute to defining and building planning tools and scalable Salesforce-based applications.

In this role you will work in an agile environment with cross-functional teams, delivering integrated solutions that empower the field and enable faster time-to-market for new products and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, engineering, statistics, computer science or a related field.
• Certification as a Salesforce Platform Developer.
• Experience developing web services or with Salesforce API, Metadata and other APIs (REST, SOAP).
• Experience implementing Salesforce Lightning applications using Salesforce platform tools and technologies, such as Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and Lightning App Builder.
• 4+ years of experience developing on Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical analysis, design, development, implementation of applications with necessary customization.
• Participate in the planning and analysis of requirements for system enhancements, translating requirements into well-architecture solutions that best use Salesforce Territory Planning/Salesforce Maps.
• Support cross systems and related integrations across Salesforce eco system.
• Build solutions on Salesforce.com platform, including development in Force.com, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Apex and Web Services.
• Work with a cross-functional Scrum team to maintain and enhance Salesforce applications in iterative release cycles.
• Troubleshoot and fix defects for planned releases and production issues.
• Research and find opportunities to utilize SFDC best practices, guidelines to improve system productivity, scaling and monitoring.
