Job summary

Figma is seeking a GTM Systems Architect to optimize Salesforce across Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, Legal, Product and Finance. You will lead CRM automation, reporting, and process design, acting as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders.

This full-time role can be based from a US hub or remotely within the United States, with a focus on the Partner Ecosystem and Salesforce Experience Cloud integration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Systems Administrator with Salesforce Partner Ecosystem Management.
• Experience supporting Sales or Revenue organizations and CRM automation.
• Strong ability to maintain Salesforce documentation and communicate across all levels.
• Data management skills including SQL/SOQL and advanced reporting.
• Ability to independently manage multiple concurrent initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a SME for Salesforce-related operational and process inquiries from cross-functional partners.
• Coordinate UAT for Salesforce enhancements, releases, and system changes.
• Refine and evolve workflows with stakeholders based on business needs.
• Drive adoption and optimize user experience while documenting system configurations.
• Build and maintain scalable processes for partner onboarding, engagement tracking, and revenue attribution.
