Job summary

Brightwheel is seeking an experienced Salesforce-focused engineer to own architecture and development for Salesforce and its GTM integrations, including LeanData, Chili Piper, HubSpot, Gong, and Stripe. You will design scalable solutions and serve as the technical escalation point.

You will instrument proactive monitoring, build a debt roadmap, and design AI-assisted workflows that scale SysOps velocity into GTM rep-facing capabilities.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience shipping Salesforce-enabled GTM integrations.
• Proven ability to design scalable, audited integration architectures.
• Experience mentoring admins and leading cross-functional initiatives.
