Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Science, Statistics, CS, Analytics, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with data cleaning, statistical analysis and exploratory data analysis.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python or R, and data visualization platforms like Tableau/Power BI/Looker/Salesforce dashboards.
• Experience with ML techniques (classification, clustering, regression) and automation for conversions or engagement.
• Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) and CRM data structures; ability to learn quickly.
• Experience in audience segmentation and marketing analytics; fundraising or education context a bonus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate analysis into clear insights for non-technical teams.
• Collaborative work across marketing, programs, and development teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom objects to collect, track, measure and report on program KPIs and organizational goals.
• Collect, clean, and analyze data from SFDC and other sources; compute basic stats and trends.
• Develop predictive models to identify donor, parent, and student engagement patterns.
• Create dashboards and visual reports to inform leadership and marketing decisions.
• Apply ML and automation to improve fundraising and enrollment conversion rates.
• Segment audiences to personalize communications and optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, programs, and development to design data-driven strategies.
• Support creation and tracking of proposals and partnership pipelines.
• Assist team with periodic reporting and dashboard development.
