Job summary

The Salvation Army Southern California is seeking an Analytics Manager to transform fundraising data into actionable insights using Power BI, Snowflake, Amperity, and Blackbaud CRM. You will lead the Donor Data Analyst, guide reporting, and partner with Marketing to optimize the CDP for donor journeys.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, build dashboards, and mentor analysts while ensuring data integrity and actionable storytelling for leadership.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in fundraising analytics or BI/reporting.
Proficiency with Power BI and Snowflake/SQL.
Experience with Blackbaud CRM and Amperity.
Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into recommendations.
Supervisory experience or ability to mentor analysts.

Responsibilities

Partner with Communications and Fundraising Leadership to define performance metrics dictionary.
Standardize reporting frameworks across Fundraising for consistency and accuracy.
Supervise the Donor Data Analyst and oversee fundraising analytics projects.
Lead development and maintenance of dashboards and automated analytics tools in Power BI.
Collaborate with Data Engineer to optimize data pipelines and integrations.
