Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in fundraising analytics, BI/reporting, or donor insights.
• Proficiency with Power BI and SQL; experience querying Snowflake.
• Experience with Blackbaud CRM or similar CRM and Amperity CDP.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into recommendations.
• Experience with donor segmentation, retention analytics, and lifecycle modeling.
• Supervisory or mentoring experience for analysts.
• Strong communication skills, oral and written.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams.
• Familiarity with AI tools for donor intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the analytics function for donor data and insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and automated analytics tools in Power BI.
• Collaborate with fundraising, marketing, and data engineering to optimize data pipelines and CDP usage.
• Generate data-informed recommendations for major gifts and donor segmentation.
• Prepare data-driven presentations for leadership.
