Row New York is seeking a Database, Metrics & Evaluations Manager to lead Salesforce management and data services across the Development and Program teams from our Midtown Manhattan office.

The role emphasizes learning organizational needs, delivering high-quality data services, and providing best practices for end-to-end data management, especially in donor acquisition/retention and program metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce administration and data management.
• Ability to analyze donor and program data to support decision making.
• Familiarity with data validation, processing and maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key coordinator of Salesforce and data analytic requests for new and existing projects.
• Maintain and track Salesforce and data related project progress from multiple teams.
• Meet with team leaders to address ongoing reporting needs.
• Develop requirements for initiatives and build implementation plans.
• Prepare data files and upload into Salesforce using third party tools.
• Identify system issues and propose remediation solutions.
• Create and maintain internal technical documentation.
• Manage security, users, roles, and other setup options.
• Perform database de-duping and cleanup procedures.
