Job summary

The Jewish Museum in New York seeks a Database Manager to lead Salesforce and data systems, ensuring accurate, integrated operations across Development, Membership, Finance, and IT. You will drive governance, dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration to support fundraising and institutional reporting.

You will manage the major data systems transformation, coordinate with vendors, and oversee gift and membership processing, reporting, and data quality. Strong nonprofit experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Progressive experience in nonprofit development operations, data management, or CRM administration.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, governance, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce administration, configuration, and ongoing development.
• Establish data governance standards and ensure data integrity and security.
• Oversee gift, membership, and data processing with timely reporting.
• Coordinate across Development, Membership, Finance, IT and other departments.
• Drive systems transformation, vendor management, and project delivery.
• Provide training and documentation for system users and stakeholders.
