Job summary

Metrocrest Services in Carrollton, TX, seeks a Data & CRM Manager to own the data infrastructure and serve as Salesforce administrator. You will configure systems, build reports, and train staff across the organization to turn service activity into accurate information.

You’ll collaborate with the COO and pillar Directors, ensuring data quality, privacy, and security while supporting staff with varying tech skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years Salesforce or comparable CRM experience.
• At least 2 years developing CRM processes and staff training.
• High computer literacy including Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement standardized CRM systems, procedures, and data quality.
• Collaborate with COO and leadership to translate goals into data fields and reports.
• Serve as main liaison with the CRM vendor and manage large-scale projects.
• Lead data tracking transitions to digital platforms and ensure up-to-date processes.
• Provide staff training and champion data-driven decision making.
