Job summary

SRS Distribution - McKinney seeks a senior Solutions Architect for CRM to set and own the Salesforce platform's technical direction. This hands‑on leader ensures the system is reliable, scalable, secure, and well integrated with the broader enterprise architecture.

You will define the architecture, data model, and integration strategy; establish standards and governance; and guide the roadmap for an AI‑driven sales enablement approach. 4 days per week in‑office at the McKinney office.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture: data modeling, security, integration, and performance.
• Strong grasp of enterprise architecture and how Salesforce fits within a broader technology landscape.
• Experience designing for scalability, reliability, and security in mission‑critical systems.
• Proven technical leadership and ability to influence engineering and executive stakeholders.
• Experience with data warehousing and platforms such as Snowflake, with working knowledge of SQL.
• Salesforce Application Architect and/or System Architect certifications.
• Working familiarity with Salesforce multi‑cloud, React/JS web apps, Azure APIs, ETL pipelines, Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD.
• Experience with AI/ML enablement, customer intelligence/CDP, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Architecture Ownership: Own the end‑to‑end solution and technical architecture for Salesforce.
• AI and Sales Enablement: Architect the foundation for AI‑driven capabilities and customer intelligence.
• Enterprise Alignment: Align platform architecture with the company's broader enterprise standards.
• Data and Integration Strategy: Define data model, security/sharing, and integration strategy.
• Standards and Governance: Establish technical standards, design patterns, governance, and release strategy.
• Technical Leadership and Risk Management: Lead major design decisions and mentor engineers.
