Job summary

LifeWise Academy seeks a technical Marketing Systems Engineer to bridge strategy and execution, owning CRM journeys and data flows across platforms. You will translate business requirements into scalable automation, optimize Salesforce components, and ensure data integrity to support growth.

The role involves cross-tool integrations, governance of marketing workflows, and collaboration with IT and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of system integrations and data flow.
• Experience supporting marketing or growth campaigns.
• Understanding of marketing funnels and lifecycle concepts.

Responsibilities

• Marketing Journey Implementation: Build and maintain marketing journeys within CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Salesforce & CRM Optimization: Own and improve Salesforce structures, flows, campaigns and data models.
• Cross-System Integration: Manage integrations between Salesforce and external marketing tools and ensure data synchronization.
• Documentation & Governance: Document architecture, automations and data flows; maintain standards for CRM usage.
