Job summary

Accendra Health seeks an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solution Engineer to design, implement, and optimize scalable marketing automation. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to translate business needs into robust SFMC configurations and ensure long‑term platform health.

The role emphasizes delivery across the project lifecycle, data modeling, and integration work, with a focus on personalized customer engagement and governance across GDPR/CCPA

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience with data extensions and contact models.
• Knowledge of Marketing Cloud components such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Marketing Cloud architectures including data models and automation workflows.
• Configure and deploy SFMC components such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio, and CloudPages.
• Design and optimize data extensions, contact models, API integrations, and data ingestion processes for dynamic personalization.
• Build custom solutions using AMPscript, SQL, SSJS, HTML/CSS, and API frameworks.
• Collaborate with marketing and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
