LifeWise Academy is seeking a gospel-centered Systems Engineer / Developer to join our IT team in a hybrid role at the Hilliard, OH office. You will work primarily in Salesforce and help automate, integrate, and maintain systems that keep LifeWise running efficiently.

The role requires 3+ years of Salesforce experience, API integrations, and strong problem solving. Collaboration with internal teams and clear communication of timelines are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Salesforce experience, including admin-level capabilities and Apex development.
• Experience building and maintaining integrations using APIs or middleware tools.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and multi-project management skills.
• Solid SQL query skills and data governance understanding.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and optimize automations within Salesforce (Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components, validation rules).
• Identify opportunities to remove manual processes and boost efficiency.
• Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems via APIs or middleware.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting and audits.
• Collaborate with teams and translate needs into technical solutions.
