Job summary

HP is seeking a Marketing Automation Engineer to design scalable, data-driven marketing automation across the full lifecycle. You will engineering CRM programs in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, delivering personalised communications with AMPscript and SSJS.

You will integrate SFMC with Salesforce CRM and CDP platforms, collaborate with marketing, analytics, and product teams, and enforce governance and compliance across campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant field and 5+ years CRM experience.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred; AMPscript/SSJS required.
• Knowledge of GDPR/CAN-SPAM/CASL and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain email and SMS programs in SFMC using Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
• Architect data flows, data extensions, and integrations with Salesforce CRM and CDP platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and product teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Develop APIs integrations to sync subscriber data and enable real-time personalization.
• Ensure governance, data quality, and regulatory compliance before deployments.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize programs based on analytics.
