Job summary

Mount Holyoke College is seeking a CRM Solutions Architect to lead the ongoing Salesforce-based transformation for the Division of College Relations, post-go-live. You will shape scalable solutions for alumni, donors, and staff, aligning technology with fundraising and engagement objectives.

Reporting to the Director of College Relations Data Services, you will guide data stabilization, process refinement, and end-user adoption across a Salesforce ecosystem including Kindsight, Ascend, and

Qualifications

Strong experience administering Salesforce managed packages, including configuration, upgrades, and ongoing support.
Extensive experience utilizing Salesforce declarative solutions; required experience gathering business requirements, requirements analysis, business analysis, and SDLC.
Strong understanding of advancement business use cases.
Ability to collaborate and influence project stakeholders and developers, and lead cross-functional teams; ability to build relationships across the organization.

Responsibilities

Partner with business units to gather requirements, analyze processes, and design scalable Salesforce solutions.
Translate goals into technical specs and decide when to use Salesforce configuration, Apex, or third-party apps.
Develop process maps, user stories, testing strategies, and acceptance criteria.
Design and implement Salesforce Flows and automations to improve efficiency and data quality.
Oversee data quality, imports, mapping, analysis, and ongoing maintenance.
Manage Salesforce/ascend users, licenses, permissions, and security with LITS.
