Job summary

Trustees of Mount Holyoke College is seeking a CRM Solutions Architect to lead Salesforce-based fundraising and engagement initiatives. After a go-live in 2026, the role focuses on data stabilization, process refinement, reporting, and user adoption across alums, donors, and staff.

You will partner with business units, oversee data quality, manage integrations with Workday and Slate, and mentor a CRM team. A Bachelor’s degree and Salesforce certifications are preferred; hybrid work arrangement

Qualifications

• Strong experience administering Salesforce managed packages, including configuration, upgrades, and ongoing support.
• Experience gathering business requirements, requirements analysis, business analysis, and SDLC lifecycle.
• Ability to collaborate and influence project stakeholders and developers, and work in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate business goals into technical specifications; determine when to use Salesforce configuration vs Apex/custom development.
• Design and implement Salesforce Flows and automations to improve data quality and efficiency.
• Oversee data quality, imports, mapping, analysis, and ongoing maintenance; manage ascend integrations with Kindsight Connect, Blackthorn, GiveCampus, Workday, and Slate.
