Solifi in Minneapolis is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to administer and optimize our Salesforce CRM and connected revenue tools. You will partner with Revenue Operations and Enterprise Operations to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.

This is an entry-to-mid level role for an early-career systems professional to deepen Salesforce expertise within a fast-moving, operationally rigorous organization.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on Salesforce administration in a professional environment.
• Proficient with declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Reports & Dashboards).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, cross-functional collaboration.
• Salesforce ADM-201 or Platform Administrator certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Administer Salesforce Sales Cloud: users, profiles, roles, permissions, layouts, and record types.
• Create and maintain custom fields/objects, validation rules, workflows, and approvals.
• Monitor data quality, system health, and performance; manage sandboxes and deployments.
• Document data dictionaries, flow diagrams, and configuration logs; ensure governance.
• Lead small to medium enhancements from requirements to testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations to support pipelines, forecasting, and reporting.
