Job summary

MetLife is seeking a Tech Lead for Sales Technology to design, develop, and govern Salesforce-based capabilities supporting the GB360 Sales platform. You will lead hands-on development, partner with cross-functional teams, and guide integrations with enterprise systems to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

You will drive SAFe delivery, mentor engineers, and ensure platform stability while leveraging Einstein-enabled features to boost seller productivity and automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience designing and building enterprise-scale applications or CRM solutions.
• Extensive Salesforce implementation experience with hands-on technical delivery.
• Experience designing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience leading technical design, peer reviews, and SAFe delivery.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into technical options and plans.
• Strong communication and mentoring across cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and development for GB360 Sales on Salesforce.com.
• Create and review solution designs, integration designs, and release-ready artifacts.
• Lead hands-on Salesforce development across Apex and LWC, Flows, and APIs.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and DevSecOps to plan delivery.
• Design integrations with enterprise platforms like US Data Hub, Seismic, MetIQ.
• Conduct peer reviews and ensure Salesforce and enterprise best practices.
• Support SAFe ceremonies including PI Planning and release readiness.
• Guide vendors and engineers on Salesforce patterns and guardrails.
• Lead incident analysis, performance tuning, and production readiness for GB360 Sales capabilities.
• Evaluate Einstein-enabled features to improve seller productivity and automation.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases, security, and integration options.
