Job summary

Protegrity is seeking a Manager, Salesforce Platform to lead the strategy and evolution of our Salesforce-powered commercial technology stack. You will guide architecture, security, and governance while delivering scalable solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

In this role you will mentor the Salesforce team, collaborate with stakeholders across IT, Product, Finance, and Marketing, and drive modernization through AI and integration innovations to enable a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical strategy, roadmap, and day-to-day operation of the Salesforce platform to support Sales, Customer Support, and other customer-facing teams.
• Design, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrated applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, APIs, and automation.
• Own the Salesforce development lifecycle, including architecture, standards, source control, deployment pipelines, environment management, and release governance.
• Mentor the Salesforce Administrator and foster a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
• Evaluate emerging Salesforce capabilities and AI tools, and integrate them to improve automation and business outcomes.
• Provide secure, scalable, and enterprise-grade platform recommendations aligned with business objectives.
