Job summary

TriNet Group, Inc. seeks a Lead Salesforce Administrator to own the Salesforce ecosystem, drive roadmap alignment with Revenue and Services, and deliver scalable cloud solutions.

You will lead data governance, develop custom apps, and ensure seamless integration across systems. You will collaborate with executives to define metrics, manage releases, and mentor a team while leveraging AI capabilities to enhance analytics and user experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is required.
• 6–8 years of development and administration experience with Salesforce.com.
• End-to-end implementation experience with Salesforce platform.
• Experience with Tableau and advanced data modeling software.
• Proven expertise in building and deploying Agentforce agents and maximizing Salesforce AI capabilities.
• Salesforce integration experience across multiple business systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom applications using Salesforce.com and integrate with other systems.
• Lead data hygiene and governance, deduplication rules and validation standards.
• Define, track and present KPIs to executives to drive process optimization.
• Plan and execute application changes, upgrades, and new releases.
• Guide stakeholders, translate business needs into Salesforce tools, and manage risks.
