Job summary

INSPYR Solutions seeks a Change Management Lead to drive a large-scale Salesforce modernization in Baltimore. You will own organizational change, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption across a complex enterprise.

You will partner with business and IT, develop adoption strategies, monitor readiness and metrics, and lead end-to-end change activities through the implementation lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading change management for large enterprise technology implementations.
• Experience supporting CRM/ERP or enterprise applications, Salesforce preferred.
• Knowledge of Prosci ADKAR, Bridges Transition Model, or similar frameworks.
• Experience in Agile or traditional project management environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience developing training programs and organizational readiness plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead the change management strategy for a large Salesforce implementation and modernization initiative.
• Develop and execute change management plans to drive user adoption and minimize business disruption.
• Partner with business leaders, IT teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment across the organization.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and change readiness activities.
• Create communication plans, training strategies, and user support materials.
• Develop user guides, SOPs, and training resources.
• Monitor adoption metrics and readiness; adjust plans as needed.
• Identify risks to adoption and develop mitigation strategies.
• Support business process improvements and optimize system utilization after go-live.
• Track milestones and adoption metrics; report progress to leadership.
• Collaborate with project managers and technical teams throughout the lifecycle.
