The Change Manager will lead change activities including stakeholder engagement, communications, training coordination, readiness planning, and user adoption support across projects. Remote or hybrid work is possible with occasional travel.

Newhouse Project Consulting is seeking a Salesforce Change Manager to support a high-impact Salesforce implementation.

This role is ideal for someone who understands that successful technology adoption is not just about the system, it is about the people, processes, communication, readiness, and behavior change required to make the implementation stick.

The Salesforce Change Manager will help lead change management activities tied to Salesforce adoption, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training coordination, readiness planning, impact assessments, and user adoption support.

What You’ll Do

• Support change management strategy and execution for a Salesforce implementation
• Partner with business leaders, project teams, and end users to understand impacts and adoption needs
• Develop change impact assessments, stakeholder plans, communications, and readiness materials
• Support training coordination and reinforcement activities
• Help identify resistance, adoption risks, and opportunities to improve user readiness
• Translate technical changes into clear, practical messaging for business users
• Track adoption feedback and help drive continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

• Experience supporting Salesforce implementations or major enterprise technology changes
• Strong change management, communications, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work with both technical teams and business users
• Experience developing change plans, readiness materials, training support, and adoption strategies
• Utility, field operations, construction, or corporate transformation experience is a plus, not mandatory
• Prosci, ACMP, or other change management certification is a plus, but not required

This role may be a strong fit for someone who has supported Salesforce, CRM, ERP, field service, construction operations, or utility-related technology implementations and knows how to help teams move from “new system” to “new way of working.”
