Qualifications

• Strong cross-departmental stakeholder management required.
• Experience leading organizational change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies for Salesforce 311 upgrade.
• Lead initiatives to drive user adoption and minimize resistance.
• Coordinate with IT, operations, and partner agencies for integration.
• Design training programs and performance support tools.
• Monitor adoption metrics and continuously improve processes.
• Prepare progress reports for leadership.
