Job summary

TransUnion is seeking a Salesforce Change Management and Training Specialist to lead stakeholder assessments, design blended learning, and deliver role-based enablement across major Salesforce initiatives. You will partner with communications to time messaging and build scalable, just-in-time content.

You will develop comprehensive training strategies, manage multiple priorities, and measure effectiveness to strengthen user adoption in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in education, business, or instructional design.
• Four to five years in training, enablement, change management, or related field.
• Experience turning stakeholder findings into readiness and enablement plans.
• Experience designing blended, role-based learning for major initiatives and enhancements.
• Strong project management, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder assessments and change impact analyses for Salesforce capabilities and process changes.
• Define and execute readiness and enablement plans with milestones.
• Create audience-specific enablement strategies and materials.
• Collaborate with communications to align timing and messaging.
• Develop comprehensive training strategies covering audiences, delivery methods, materials, and checks.
• Design and deliver role-based learning across live, virtual, on-demand, and blended formats.
• Create scalable enablement for incremental enhancements via microlearning and modular content.
• Maintain and update the training catalog reflecting evolving features and processes.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust approaches to improve adoption.
