Job summary

Maagsoft Inc is seeking a Salesforce Certified Business Analyst for a senior, in-person role in Albany, NY. The candidate will lead requirements elicitation, document functional and non-functional specs, and coordinate with stakeholders across health care systems.

Ideal applicants have 15+ years in analysis, Salesforce OmniStudio experience, and a relevant bachelor’s degree. This full-time position requires on-site engagement in Albany, NY and may involve an in-person interview process.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience performing analysis by eliciting and analyzing stakeholder needs using diverse techniques (JAD, interviews, user stories).
• 84 months experience creating and maintaining artifacts to communicate requirements (context diagrams, use cases, swim lanes, wireframes, UI specs, non-functional specs).
• 84 months facilitating requirement workshops and structured walkthroughs to ensure understanding and acceptance.
• 72 months creating test plans/cases, managing defects with development teams, and supporting User Acceptance Testing.
• 72 months managing requirements throughout the Requirements Management Lifecycle with baselines and change control.
• 36 months healthcare domain experience (patient records, billing/finance, HR).
• 24 months experience with Salesforce OmniStudio and Public Sector solutions.
• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst or Salesforce Administrator/Developer certifications.
• Bachelor level degree in CS/IT/IS/Software Eng.

Responsibilities

• Duty to elicit, analyze, and document business needs and translate them into functional specifications.
• Create and maintain software development artifacts and communication materials.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and walkthroughs to ensure alignment.
• Develop and execute test plans and coordinate User Acceptance Testing.
• Oversee Requirements Management Lifecycle, baselines, and change control.
• Collaborate across healthcare applications including patient records, billing, HR and finance.

Requested Qualifications;

• 84 Months experience performing analysis by eliciting then analyzing the stakeholder s business needs using a variety of analysis techniques including but not limited to JAD sessions, requirement elicitation sessions, conducting interviews, creating user stories, documenting As Is and To Be documents and diagrams, and converting those into verified and validated functional and non-functional requirements for development.
• 84 Months experience creating and maintaining software development artifacts for communication of requirements, including context diagrams, textual use cases, swim lane diagrams, report specifications, wireframes, user interface specifications, and non-functional requirements specifications.
• 84 Months experience facilitating requirement workshops, JAD sessions and structured walkthroughs, practicing effective communication to ensure requirements are understood, conveyed, and met.
• 72 Months experience creating test plans/cases, managing defects with development teams, and working with users on User Acceptance Testing.
• 72 Months experience managing requirements throughout the Requirements Management Lifecycle, including creation and execution of a Requirements Management Plan, requirements traceability, establishing requirements baselines and managing requirements change control.
• 36 Months experience working on various applications within healthcare including but not limited to patient records, billing and finance, human resources.
• 24 Months Experience with SalesForce OmniStudio and Public Sector solutions.
• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst or Salesforce Administrator / Developer certifications.
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information systems or Software Engineering.
