Job summary

Bits & Bytes Technology Solutions seeks a Salesforce Business Analyst for a 30-month assignment in Albany, NY with 2-3 days remote weekly. You will translate stakeholder needs into validated requirements and drive artifacts across the project lifecycle.

The role demands extensive BA experience, Salesforce OmniStudio know-how, and strong collaboration with architects and developers. Certifications such as CBAP or Salesforce BA/Administrator are valued; Jira/SCRUM experience is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience eliciting and analyzing stakeholders' business needs.
• 7+ years creating and maintaining software development artifacts and requirements.
• 5+ years creating test plans and coordinating UAT with users.
• 5+ years managing requirements lifecycle, baselines and change control.
• 5+ years collaborating with architects and development teams to resolve conflicts.
• 2 years with Salesforce OmniStudio and public sector solutions.
• Salesforce-related certifications such as CBAP/BA/Administrator and/or Developer.
• 1 year Jira application experience and/or SCRUM proficiency.
• CBAP certification by IIBA is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead elicitation and analysis of business needs from stakeholders.
• Produce and maintain artifacts: use cases, swim lanes, wireframes and specs.
• Develop and execute test plans in collaboration with users (UAT).
• Maintain requirements lifecycle, baselines, and change control.

Salesforce Business Analyst

Duration: 30 Months

Location: Albany, NY (2-3 days remote every week)

Job Description:

• 1. 84 Months Experience eliciting then analyzing the stakeholder s business needs using a variety of business analysis techniques like map processes and converting those into verified and validated functional and non-functional requirements for development.
• 2. 84 Months Experience in creating and maintaining software development artifacts for communication of requirements, including context diagrams, use cases, swim lane diagrams, report specifications, wireframes, user interface specifications, non-functional requirements specifications.
• 3. 60 Months Experience creating test plans and test cases and working with users on User Acceptance Testing.
• 4. 60 Months Experience managing requirements throughout the Requirements Management Lifecycle, including creation and execution of a Requirements Management Plan, requirements traceability, baselines and requirements change control.
• 5. 60 Months Experience working with application architects and development teams to answer questions and resolve conflicting requirements.
• 6. 24 Months Experience with SalesForce OmniStudio and Public Sector solutions.
• 7. Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Salesforce Administrator and or Developer.
• 8. 12 months Jira application and or SCRUM experience.
• 9. CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA).
