Position Overview

Analyze computer systems and business processes within the Salesforce platform. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements. Design and implement solutions on Salesforce.com, perform gap analysis, and monitor system performance. Work with team members to develop user stories and process diagrams, configure Salesforce, and perform testing. Troubleshoot issues, generate reports, and support end users.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Science, or related fields
• At least 2 years of experience in business systems or Salesforce development/administration
• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Proficiency in Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, and Salesforce AppExchange
• Willingness to travel or relocate within the US
