Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst with a strong background in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements for enterprise Salesforce implementations within the public sector. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) data model and be adept in Agile/DevOps environments.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience supporting Salesforce solutions for public sector clients
• Proven experience with user story creation, use cases, process mapping, UAT documentation, and SOPs
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce modules such as Case Management, Service Planning, and Reporting
• Familiarity with Salesforce’s Government Cloud and Public Sector Solutions data model

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, or PSM I)
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart, and Visio
• Demonstrated success in identifying requirements gaps and optimizing user adoption
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
