Salesforce Business Analysts (Multiple Openings) (SBA-24)

Analyze computer systems and business processes within the Salesforce platform. Confer with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define business requirements. Design and implement business solutions on the Salesforce.com platform. Perform gap analysis and monitor system performance. Collaborate with team members to design solutions that meet clients' business requirements. Work with developers to test and verify solutions. Develop user stories and to-be process flow diagrams to support Salesforce solution design and development. Complete configuration for user stories within Salesforce or cloud-based technologies. Conduct regression, user acceptance, functional, integration, and smoke testing. Troubleshoot system issues, track bugs, generate reports, prepare training manuals, participate in key meetings, and provide end-user support.

Requirements: Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Science, or related fields, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in business systems or Salesforce development/administration using Salesforce.com, Apex, Salesforce AppExchange, Visual Force, JavaScript. Must be Salesforce Certified Administrator. Willingness to travel and/or relocate within the US as needed.
