What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to define business requirements
- Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Interact with development and testing teams for requirement validation
- Maintain and prioritize the user story backlog
- Produce functional documentation, including use cases and reports

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with requirement elicitation and user story creation
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis with CRM implementations or custom application development
- US Citizenship required for federal contract compliance
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- Must reside in the United States and perform work within the country

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field

- Knowledge of Scaled Agile methodology
- Agile/Scrum Master Certification preferred
- Familiarity with data modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Axure)
