Job summary

Hikko seeks a Salesforce Business Analyst II to work directly with clients and internal stakeholders, identifying, analyzing, and documenting business requirements within the Salesforce ecosystem. This role takes on projects of greater complexity, operating with autonomy, making key decisions on configuration and advanced customization, and contributing to process automation and data analysis.

The ideal candidate will have intermediate-level Salesforce BA experience, strong requirements

Qualifications

Experience as a Business Analyst within Salesforce ecosystem.
Ability to work autonomously on moderate to high complexity projects.
Strong requirements gathering and documentation (functional and technical).
Experience leading client-facing meetings and discovery sessions.
Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.
Adaptability to shifting requirements.
Mentoring junior BA team members.

Responsibilities

Partner with clients and stakeholders to identify and document business requirements within Salesforce.
Lead client meetings and discovery workshops to surface critical requirements.
Create and maintain functional and technical documentation, including Salesforce customizations.
Test and validate proposed Salesforce solutions against client expectations.
Serve as the liaison between technical Salesforce teams and business teams.
Identify opportunities to automate and improve business processes using Salesforce capabilities.
Support and mentor Business Analyst I team members.
